ElisaRank ("we", "us") is a software toolkit for Etsy sellers: shop audits, keyword research, product research, a listing optimizer, and a seller coach chat. We analyze publicly available shop and listing information. We never ask for, store, or use your Etsy password, and we never act on your Etsy account.
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to use ElisaRank.
Do not abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, resell, or scrape the service; do not use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that harm the service or other users.
Scores, fixes, rewrites, keyword and trend data are guidance, generated from public data and our own methodology. Etsy's search results, policies, and your sales depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, or revenue.
The service, its design, and its reports belong to us. Content you receive for your own shop (titles, tags, descriptions) is yours to use in your shop. Your shop content remains yours.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the month the claim arose.
The term "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc. ElisaRank is an independent product with no affiliation to Etsy.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use ElisaRank after a change means you accept it.
