Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account: when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and avatar. We never see your Google password.
• Usage: the shop URLs and search terms you submit, and counters of how often you use each tool (to enforce fair-use limits and improve the product).
• Content you submit to the tools: product photos you upload to the Listing Optimizer and the messages you send to the coach chat, used only to generate your results.
• Billing: payments are processed by Stripe. We store your subscription status and Stripe customer reference. We never see or store your card number.
• Technical: standard server logs (IP address, request time) for security and abuse prevention, behind Cloudflare.

2. What we never collect

Your Etsy password or any private Etsy account access. ElisaRank only reads publicly available shop and listing pages, the same pages any shopper can see.

3. How we use it

To run the tools you ask for, keep your subscription in sync, enforce fair-use limits, secure the service, and answer support requests. We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing on behalf of anyone else.

4. Where it lives

Authentication and account data are stored with Supabase; payments with Stripe; traffic is served through Cloudflare. Photos and messages you submit to the analysis tools are processed by our infrastructure providers solely to generate your results. Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms as our processor.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use the storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember your recent tool results on your own device. No third-party advertising cookies.

6. Retention and deletion

Account and subscription records are kept while your account exists. Email [email protected] to delete your account and associated data; we honor deletion requests within 30 days.

7. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time via [email protected].

8. Changes

Material changes to this policy will be posted here with a new date.
